Does this handle daylight-saving changes?
Both values are treated as local wall-clock times in the same zone, so a clock change inside the span is not added or removed. Use the time-zone converter when a zoned instant matters.
What if the end is earlier than the start?
The duration is reported as a positive value and the result notes that the values were entered in reverse order.
