Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: September 2026
1. What Are Affiliate Links?
LikeOptions may earn affiliate commissions when you sign up for brokers or services via links on our site. This is disclosed per FTC guidelines (16 CFR 255).
You pay the same price whether you use an affiliate link or sign up directly. Affiliate commissions do not increase your costs.
2. How It Works
- You click an affiliate link (clearly marked)
- You are taken to the broker's website
- The broker tracks that you came from LikeOptions
- When you open a funded account, we receive a one-time commission (5-10% depending on the broker)
- You pay no additional fees because of this referral
3. Affiliate Partnerships
We may have affiliate relationships with:
- Options and stock brokers (Tastytrade, Interactive Brokers, etc.)
- Financial data providers
- Trading education platforms
- Premium tools and software
4. Our Independence
Affiliate relationships do not influence our educational content or strategy recommendations.
- We recommend strategies based on educational value, not commission rates
- We never require users to click affiliate links
- Free tier features are available with no affiliate links
- Strategy recommendations are neutral and apply to all brokers
5. Disclosure Practices
Every affiliate link on our site includes clear disclosure such as:
- "*This is an affiliate link - we earn a commission if you sign up"
- A visual indicator or badge
- Disclosure in the surrounding text
If you find a link without clear disclosure, email affiliate@likeoptions.com.
6. Your Choices
- Use affiliate links and support our site at no extra cost
- Go directly to a broker's website and sign up normally
- Email us if you have questions about a link's status
7. Questions?
Email affiliate@likeoptions.com with any questions about our affiliate program. We respond within 48 hours.
