About LikeOptions

Financial mathematics, made inspectable.

LikeOptions is an independent reference desk for browser-based calculators and plain-language explanations. The goal is not to tell you what to do; it is to make assumptions easier to see and change.

How we work

Each calculator exposes its inputs, formula or method, limitations and a neutral example. Calculations run in the browser and are not saved by default. We do not require an account and do not present outputs as approval, forecasts or personalised recommendations.

Editorial standard

Pages are written for clarity first, reviewed when their model changes and linked to the calculator they explain. Where a result depends on jurisdiction, provider rules, tax law or market data, the page says so instead of pretending a global shortcut is authoritative.
