How a SIP calculator estimates the future value of monthly investments.

A SIP calculator compounds a recurring contribution at an assumed rate over a chosen period. It illustrates a scenario; it does not forecast a market return.

What the SIP result includes

The projection combines your monthly contribution, investment duration and assumed annual return. It separates the amount contributed from the modeled growth so you can see how much of the ending value comes from each.

Why the result is not a promise

Real investments have changing returns, fees, taxes, missed deposits and inflation. A constant-rate projection is useful for comparing assumptions, but it should not be read as a guaranteed corpus or withdrawal plan.

Run a useful comparison

Run conservative and optimistic rates, then compare the result with the compound interest calculator for a lump sum and the savings goal calculator for a target-first question. The compound interest vs SIP comparison explains the input difference.
